Questions people ask
Do I have to pay to use the preview?
No. The style preview is free, with a watermark, and does not need an account.
Am I charged when I reserve a plan?
No. Nothing is charged, and no card is asked for. Joining the waitlist only saves your email and the plan you picked, and we email you once when the plan launches.
Are the prices final?
They are the planned prices at launch and they may change before the plans are available. You will see the final price before anything is charged.
Are these subscriptions?
No. Each plan is a single, one-time price.
What do I get with each plan?
Nothing is available yet. Planned: high-resolution files with no watermark; the Portrait + Christmas card plan adds a print-quality 5×7 card and a square post; the Up to 3 styles / 2 pets plan covers more styles and a second pet. Today only the free, watermarked browser preview works.
