Your pet photo is processed only inside your browser. It is never sent to or stored on our servers. This page says what we do record, and what would change if AI generation opens.

Your photos
Photos are processed only in your browser and never sent to or stored on our servers. The photo you choose is opened and styled on your device; closing the tab discards it. Names, dates and greeting text you type stay in your browser as well.
What we record
Anonymous usage events, such as that a photo was loaded (with a size range), a style was chosen, or the pricing page was viewed. Events never contain your image, file names, pet names, dates or greeting text. Events use a random identifier kept in your browser. We keep a hashed network address only to limit abuse.
Email addresses
If you reserve a plan or write to us, we store the email you give and the plan or message. We use it to reply, or to email you once when full portraits open. We do not sell it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous usage statistics, such as which pages are viewed and which steps of the preview and plan pages are used. We also keep our own first-party event log on this site, described above. There is no advertising code on this site and no ad tracking. Contact and checkout forms use a hidden field and per-network rate limits against spam, not a third-party challenge. Cloudflare may count page views without cookies.
When AI generation opens
Full AI portraits would need your photo to be uploaded for processing. If that opens later, this page will change before any upload happens, you will be told at the moment you upload, and uploaded photos would be deleted automatically within 24 hours.
